After bypassing the offers in the download shell the actual install downloaded (zip). That installed fine on windows 7 64bit. It also registered with the provided code.

One of the features on the application screen http://www.aha-soft.com/iconlover/index.htm ... shows the ability to extract icons from an exe (worked) but attempting to replace the icon (which it says it can do) the result was compromised with the word demo. So it appears that not all functions get unlocked with the key provided.

So I then downloaded the install program directly from the MFG site, the code worked for that install also, but had the same issue.

I guess what can you expect for free...

When installing it also installs webcompanion.
I do not like anything running in the background without my permission

Hi, there was a checkpoint next to offer escription - next time if you do not want extra offer to be installed to your PC - please remove the checkpoint.
